Position Description

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

GHR has a wonderful opportunity for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work locally with a Long Term Care client in Reading, PA

Details

· Crisis Rate: $28/hr+

· Hours: FT up to 40 hours/wk

· Shift: 7-1

· Full-time block schedule on-going

· Benefits offered to full-time employees (30+ hours)

Job Requirement

· PA Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

· 1 year experience working as an LPN in a skilled LTC setting

· PA Mandated Reporter Training

· PPD 2 Step

· Post-Offer Drug Screen
